As Head of Transition and SSC PMO you will be responsible for:
Overall role:
- Global planning of AX/Coupa implementations in connection to SSC transitions as well as F&A scope migrations to SSC.
- Keeping close relation with Key stakeholders (SSC Head, NSC Finance Directors, GFIT)
- Transition Team management (leadership, mentoring, admin)
- Supervision of on-going transitions and being point of escalation for Transition Managers
- Ownership over Eurofins Transition Methodology
When running a project as TM:
- Planning and execution of project/transition activities, including ERP and other tools implementation, managing day to day delivery against key project/transition milestones and reporting on progress
- Responsibility for project Risk and Issues management, acting as first line of mitigation for issues
- Building detailed transition & implementation plan in cooperation with all parties who provide input (e.g. GPOs)
- Transition project management in line with or above agreed project or service level objectives by the target date
- Development/maintenance of effective commercial awareness of SSC processes and standards
- Stakeholders management – communication
Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused, team-oriented communication and facilitation skills with emphasis on building lasting, trusted partnerships through written and verbal communications with groups of senior internal and/or client staff
- Ability to maintain and operate the Governance framework at Senior Management level
- Ability to drive progress within a multifunctional team
- Investigative and analytical skillset to think problems/circumstances through and develop credible plans to address, thoroughly analyzing the “what if” scenarios
- Ability to actively oversee and improve change processes
- Ability to identify specific implementation risks and lead solutions, solution-based attitude, strong ability to “think outside the box”
- Effective and efficient performance in a deadline driven environment in order to meet client expectations
- Ability to adjust transition approach accordingly to match project specifics and requirements
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft office tools
- Good working knowledge of Project Management tools
- Experience with Project Management methodologies like PMI, Prince2, Agile PM and ITIL
Education
- Minimum BA degree required
- Certification from a recognized professional Project Management body would be an asset
Language skills
- English (proficient written and spoken, min. C1)
- Any additional language would be an asset
Previous experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management, transition or business analysis
- Proven track record in building strong, trust-based relationships with diverse client/stakeholder groups
